Chuan Hoe Coffee Factory

Chuan Hoe Coffee Factory, owned by 66-year-old Tan Loon Chuan, has thrived for over 50 years in Jalan Kampung Jawa, Klang. Inherited in 1959, the family business prioritizes traditional methods to produce distinctive coffee powder. Tan's daily routine involves precise weighing of beans before roasting, creating both "2-in-1" and "3-in-1" blends. The roasting process, using firewood and incorporating butter or margarine, enhances flavor, a preference echoed by customers in Kuala Lumpur.
